On September 29th, 2021, we signed an agreement with Southern States, where this important company acquired an equity stake in DIRAM.
Southern States, headquartered in Hampton, GA, USA, is a company with more than 100 years of history that serves more than 1200 retail outlets in 21 US states.
It has significant market leadership in the USA and Canada in the sector of reliable power and crop solutions for the agricultural industry.
This strategic alliance gives us not only the physical presence and support of Southern States personnel, but also gives us access to their extensive network of distributors with a presence in every state in the USA and Canada.
Thanks to this, we will soon be able to see DIRAM's entry into the U.S. and Canadian markets catapulted.
